Resolution #1, The food journal - Well, it's hit or miss. I get some success, then backtrack. Today I'm re-committing to the food journal. If it passes my lips then I have to document it.
Resolution #2, Drink less soda - I have been drinking more water and less soda when I'm at work. At home, I'm just not drinking anything. Not the best plan, but I'm working on it.
Resolution #3, Pamper myself - I did get a cute haircut, and I bought some wrinkle cream. My wrinkles aren't horrible, but then again I don't want them to get bad, so I'm attacking them early.
Resolution #4, Be a better roll model for Sasha - We'll I'm losing weight, Sasha and I have been to the park 2 times this week and I have been watching my language pretty well, but Andy and I got into a fight, and I spent more money than I should have.
Resolution #5, Create plan B with Crafts - I was crafty today, and I plan to give away my wares when I have used up all my t-shirts. I'm making t-shirt bags.
Resolution #6, Be more environmentally friendly - I brought re-usable bags to the store today. I've decided to buy more local produce, and other goods. I also have become quite the pest when it comes to turning off lights. I also have been sorting my recycling better, although it is still unclear if the City is actually recycling the material I sort.
Today I wasn't very nice to myself, but sometimes I need tough talk. I think I need to be nicer, to me, to Andy and to all other people I know.

Ok I have to ask...what are t-shirt bags?
ReplyDeleteI will post pics. I take old t-shirts that are too cool to toss or are in good shape, but never used and make re-usable bags (like for groceries or whatever.)
ReplyDeleteIf you need a supply of t-shirts for bags, let me know. I have a lot of them from old frisbee leagues. I know a guy from frisbee who made a backpack out of all his league shirts!
